Sauna & Soul (“the company”) uses Momence App and Portal to collect and store all personally identifiable information, including data relating to memberships and session attendance.

Payments, including direct debits, are taken through Stripe, via Momence.

The company does not store any personally identifiable information on company devices or on hard copy.

No personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, or e-mail address, is automatically collected from your visit to the website (“the site”). However, certain non-personal information is recorded by the hosting provider. This includes information such as the type of browser being used, device type, and your IP address for service purposes.
