Sauna & Soul is open every day 7am – 10 pm.
From time to time opening times can vary slightly and we will keep the website and our socials updated.
Absolutely open to everyone. We recommend booking online in advance but we also offer walk-ins depending on capacity.
You don’t need a membership, but joining our program locks in prime-time priority booking, reduced rates, guest passes, and exclusive perks. Anyone can book, but members get the ultimate experience.
Just your swimwear and a clean towel to sit on inside the sauna.
Forgot something? No worries. We have premium towels and flip-flops available for both rent or purchase at reception so you can turn up and transition straight into your ritual.
We recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment. You can book your sessions directly through the website – click here. Simply select the session, choose a date and time, and confirm your booking.
You can also pop in anytime and book in person for immediate access (capacity depending) or future use.
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. £10 cancellation fee for any bookings cancelled within 6 hours of the Studio Classes or if you cancel 3 times of regular cancellations.
Yes, Sauna I is available for 6 guests and Sauna II for up to 12 guests.
You may book either or book the whole space exclusively for a special occasion with family, friends and work colleagues. For special bookings please contact hello@saunasoul.co.uk
